I always choose this place for my stay. I remember staff recommending a local taxi. It suits me perfectly and has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a fitness center, and a kitchenette. I'm coming back for a business trip.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxury hotel. It is centrally located with a stunning view of the city that added a touch of glamour to my stay. The room had exclusive amenities like a comfortable bed with storage under it, a well-designed walk-in shower, and plenty of outlets with USB. The blackout curtains were luxurious, and the friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

The bathroom door slid too far and brought me minor inconvenience. However, everything else was immaculate, and I cannot complain about the hotel's excellent service.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic - everything was close by, including some amazing food spots. We could easily get to all of the city's sights from this hotel, and it was conveniently connected to the subway. The hotel facilities were very clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. we had a great experience here.

Loved walking to nearby attractions like the Empire State Building and Times Square. The helpful staff at the reception always had great advice. Plus, the hotel had free bikes, a fitness center, and a lovely terrace and restaurant.

Oh, just one small thing. no room service for late-night munchies in the city that never sleeps!

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the subway, nearby stores, and popular shopping destinations. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, creating a comfortable environment during my stay.

There were several negative aspects of my experience at this hotel. the rooms were incredibly cramped and lacked proper ventilation.

Solo traveler. The clean and modern rooms were perfect for my stay. The location was ideal for exploring Midtown Manhattan.

In the bustling Chelsea district of New York, the hotel offers a unique amenity - free bikes! I found myself pedaling through the vibrant streets, feeling like a character in a movie, discovering hidden gems at every turn. It was a delightful way to immerse myself in the city's rhythm.

Small room size.

During my recent family trip, we found a perfect place to stay close to various subway and bus stations. We enjoyed delicious meals at the lobby restaurant and breakfast options were perfect every morning. Room had a stunning view and space was well utilized.

We found the elevators to be crowded at times which was a bit inconvenient.

The room was so cozy and had everything I needed - cable TV, air conditioning, and free WiFi. The private bathroom was a plus with its complimentary toiletries. The bed was super comfy, and I even had a great view from my room.

I'm not a big fan of soundproofing. I like to feel connected to the vibe of the city.

The hotel's decoration was elegant and sophisticated, with comfortable seating areas in the lobby that were perfect for taking a rest after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with wide, well-lit hallways and easy-to-navigate communal areas that made it easy for me to move around without any trouble.

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people by having more assistance available for carrying luggage.

We had the most amazing stay at Motto. Our room had stunning views downtown and across the Hudson, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely be back. we highly recommend this hotel!
