Omg, the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking - one world, brooklyn bridge, and statue of liberty! 😍🌆 service was top-notch, shoutout to william! just wish breakfast wasn't so overpriced. Overall, a fantastic stay!

As business guests staying in the heart of NYC, we found the location of the hotel to be convenient for getting around the city easily. The room was clean, bright, and cozy, providing a comfortable space to relax after a busy day of meetings. The in-house restaurant had delicious food, perfect for grabbing a quick bite before heading out for evening activities. The staff was quick and efficient, making our stay hassle-free and enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant stay for our business trip.

I always choose this place for my stay. I remember staff recommending a local taxi. It suits me perfectly and has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a fitness center, and a kitchenette. I'm coming back for a business trip.

The hotel had a weird smell in the bathroom at night, the door was not soundproof, and a bathtub would have been nice. But overall, great central location, amazing room with a good view and super comfy bed, helpful staff, and a great new restaurant. Some noise and issues checking out, but clean and conveniently located.

The live music in the bar and cozy seating area in the lobby were perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring NYC. The only hiccup was the unexpected $100/day deposit charge, but overall, a minor blip in an otherwise fantastic experience. Highly recommend for a centralized and memorable stay in NYC! 🌆

I had a comfortable stay at a very clean hotel in a convenient location. The staff was great, and the open-air restaurant was a nice touch. However, the sticky floors, mold in the shower, and constant AC were noticeable downsides to an otherwise pleasant experience.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxury hotel. It is centrally located with a stunning view of the city that added a touch of glamour to my stay. the room had exclusive amenities like a comfortable bed with storage under it, a well-designed walk-in shower, and plenty of outlets with USB.

The bathroom door slid too far and brought me minor inconvenience. everything else was immaculate, and I cannot complain about the hotel's excellent service.

Small room size.

During my recent family trip, we found a perfect place to stay close to various subway and bus stations. We enjoyed delicious meals at the lobby restaurant and breakfast options were perfect every morning. Room had a stunning view and space was well utilized.

We found the elevators to be crowded at times which was a bit inconvenient.

The room was so cozy and had everything I needed - cable TV, air conditioning, and free WiFi. The private bathroom was a plus with its complimentary toiletries. The bed was super comfy, and I even had a great view from my room.
